Recruitment and selection activities are administered in the Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) module of PeopleSoft HCM, our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The public-facing employment website is Wisc.Jobs​ which interfaces with TAM when applicants search for jobs. Applicants apply to jobs and manage their accounts through the TAM Candidate Gateway​ or the Careers ​page.
